System Soap software is dedicated to the importance of people's privacy while using their computer. System Soap assures you that they are committed to your privacy.

Our site makes use of an order form. We collect visitor's contact information (first name, last name, billing address, phone number, and email address) as well as financial information (account or credit card numbers) with the purpose of processing orders as well as promoting company specials to our customers.

Cookies

When ordering from one of System Soap's Reseller's, a cookie is stored on the user's computer for the purpose of identifying the source of the sale (which Reseller referred the customer). No personally identifiable information is stored in this cookie. Our site also uses cookies to maintain shopping cart information, provide special offers, and to monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Emails

By submitting your e-mail address to System Soap, your e-mail address will automatically be added to our E-Newsletter Subscriber List, which we send out our special offers or updates. You may opt-out of receiving future emails or e-mail promotions by sending e-mail to remove@systemsoap.com Place "remove" in the subject line, followed by the exact e-mail address you wish to be removed. We will remove this address from our list.

3 Day Trial

System Soap offers a Free 3 day trial offer for users to test out the software product. You will not be charged anything for your 3 day trial. If at the end of your 3 day trial you decide to keep System Soap, you will be charged $79.95 for a one year subscription.  At the end of the 3 day trial, or anytime during the 3 day trial you have the option to unsubscribe to System Soap and to uninstall the System Soap program if you are not satisfied, and you will not be charged.  For directions on uninstalling System Soap, please e-mail support@systemsoap.com.

Credit Card Information

System Soap uses Secure Server Software (SSL) that is among the best in use today by e-commerce Web sites. Your personal information, including sensitive credit card information, is encrypted so that it is indecipherable by others as it travels across the Internet.

Our Policies

System Soap accepts payment from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. At this time, these are the only forms of payment System Soap accepts.

Once you hit the "submit secure ordering" button, your sale will be final. The product and registration keys will be immediately sent to you via e-mail once we have confirmed your purchase. You will then be able to download the System Soap Software and begin solidifying your privacy. You may use this software daily, weekly, monthly, or at any time you choose.

Non Refundable: All System Soap sales are final purchases and Non-Refundable after 30 days from purchase. By initiating a purchase you agree and understand that your purchase in Non-Refundable after the initial 30 days from purchase.

Support: System Soap provides email support for users who purchase the software. System Soap does not provide telephone support.

Governing Law and Interpretation/Arbitration. This Agreement shall be interpreted under, governed under, and construed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its rules governing the conflict of laws. If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect and valid in California as applied to contracts between California residents, without regard to the choice of law provisions of such state. At the option of System Soap, any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator in Los Angeles, California in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.

System Soap reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, privacy policy, and these Conditions of Use at any time.
